Floor base instructions:
The floor base needs to be a *flat and hard surface (wood, concrete, ceramic). A carpet base is not recommended as it can result in an uneven putting surface. Wellputt provides the custom surface, but it’s the client’s responsibility to organize the installation. We highly recommend using a professional installer for the best result. *The level of the floor base must be 0% throughout the entire surface for ideal results.
