ARTICLE 1: AREA OF APPLICATION

The present general conditions of sale apply to all orders received by wellputt.com – WELLPUTT USA INC – and are valid at the time an order is placed. If any condition falls by default, it will be regulated by the legislation and practices for distance selling by companies registered in France.

ARTICLE 2: AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

Our products are offered from stocks held or, if not immediately available, within the normal delivery period agreed upon by the suppliers of WELLPUTT USA INC. Although our standard offers are generally available, certain products may not be immediately available from our suppliers; the unavailability of one or more products is not the responsibility of WELLPUTT USA INC. If one or more products become unavailable following an order, us.wellputt.com and WELLPUTT USA INC will advise the customer as soon as possible by email or post. Similarly, we are unable to absolutely guarantee the availability of products shown or those available individually or in small numbers. With regard to availability, an order may be held back for a few days so that all items can be accumulated for dispatch. If the delay for any product is greater than 10 days, the order may be delivered to the customer in separate shipments. In this case, the customer will only pay for a single delivery. If the customer requires more than one delivery address, it will be necessary to create a separate order for each address and to accept the delivery charges for each order.

ARTICLE 3: ORDERS

All orders must include an initial identification of the customer. Orders may be placed in the following ways:

All orders received via the Internet will be confirmed by email by us.wellputt.com – WELLPUTT USA INC, provided the customer has supplied a correct email address. Orders will be processed with minimum delay. The automatic registration systems are of proven value regarding the style, content, and date of the order. Information provided by the buyer in the order constitutes a binding commitment. In the case of incorrect address details being given by the purchaser, the seller accepts no liability for problems with the delivery of the product.

ARTICLE 4: PRICE

Prices are shown on the website in US Dollars, excluding all taxes. Prices shown in other currencies are indicative only. Prices shown on the website may be changed at any time without notice. However, products will be invoiced at the prices in force on the date of the order. For other destinations, customers should check delivery costs with Wellputt. All confirmed orders will be invoiced and payable in US Dollars only. Products remain the property of us.wellputt.com – WELLPUTT USA INC until full payment is received, regardless of the delivery date.

ARTICLE 5: PAYMENT

Method of payment is at purchaser’s choice: By Paypal, bank card (Visa, Mastercard), the purchaser must give the card number and expiry date in the spaces indicated for that purpose. Security of payment is guaranteed.

By bank transfer or money order. Any bank charges are to be borne by the purchaser. It is essential to arrange payment for the total amount of the order. us.wellputt.com – WELLPUTT USA INC reserves the right to refuse orders from customers in dispute and agree to inform the customer. us.wellputt.com – WELLPUTT USA INC may demand a bank transfer in the case of doubt over deliveries ; the customer will be so advised by email.

ARTICLE 6: DELIVERY

Shipment for the USA is carried out by FedEx (delivery within 3 to 7 days after shipment), except in exceptional circumstances. Parcels are sent to the address provided in the order. Dispatch is notified to the customer by email on the day of shipment, on the condition that the customer has provided a correct email address.

In order to optimize delivery, it is advisable for the customer to provide an address where the order can be delivered during business hours. In the case of an inability to deliver directly, the carrier will leave a note advising how delivery can be effected.

As carriage is at the customer’s risk, it is advisable for the customer to check the parcels personally, and if possible, in the presence of the carrier. In the case of a technical product, the customer should verify its proper functionality in accordance with the accompanying instructions. If there are apparent faults, the customer has the right to return the product as detailed in Article 7 below.

The delivery times indicated upon receipt of the order are average delivery times to be taken as indicative only and may vary according to destination. In the case of delayed delivery or absence of stock from suppliers, us.wellputt.com - WELLPUTT USA INC cannot be held liable. Therefore, no right is granted to the customer to annul the purchase, refuse the product, or claim costs or interest.

ARTICLE 7: SATISFACTION OR REIMBURSEMENT

Please note that returns for a refund due to a change of mind are only available for standard products. Custom or personalized items are excluded from this policy.

If the standard product is not suitable, for whatever reason, the customer has 30 days from the date of delivery to request the cancellation of the order. WELLPUTT USA INC will provide a free return shipping label, which is valid for one (1) month from the date of purchase, and must be used within one (1) month from the date it was provided to the customer. After this 30-day period, or if the provided free return label is expired, the costs of returning the product will be entirely borne by the customer.

The parcel must be returned by courier only, in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and accompanied by the original documentation. Please note that if the product is not returned in its original condition and our logistics partner does not validate its state, reconditioning fees will be deducted from your refund. Products excessively damaged or soiled by the customer will not be reimbursed. Within a maximum of 30 days after validation of the return, the cost of the product will be reimbursed. The original shipping and packaging costs of the order are non-reimbursable. No claim for cash-on-delivery (COD) returns will be accepted under any circumstances.

Products sold by us.wellputt.com - Wellputt USA INC are identical to those of traditional commerce and provided by our referenced suppliers. They are guaranteed to be without fault. If a product is delivered defective or does not comply with specifications (errors attributable to us.wellputt.com - WELLPUTT USA INC), us.wellputt.com - WELLPUTT USA INC agrees to reimburse the customer subject to the following conditions:

  1. The customer must provide visual proof (photos or videos) clearly showing that the product arrived defective or damaged.
  2. Returned in the original packaging in perfect condition.
  3. Accompanied by a detailed reason for return and the original invoice.

Except in the case of an error by us.wellputt.com - WELLPUTT USA INC, the customer will bear the cost of the product return. The contractual agreement regarding packaging and delivery costs of the original order is not reimbursable. No claim for cash-on-delivery (COD) returns will be accepted under any circumstances.

ARTICLE 8: REGISTERED PERSONAL OR PRIVATE DETAILS

us.wellputt.com – WELLPUTT USA INC treats all customer details with the strictest confidence. To complete an order, only necessary details are requested (surname, first name, address, email, etc.) for the efficient processing of the order. The lack of such details will lead to the invalidity of the order. Details provided online are registered on a secure server and immediately encrypted.

Conforming to the French Law “Freedom of Information” of January 6th, 1978 (Loi Informatique et Libertés), the customer has the right to access and rectify the details provided. ARTICLE 13: LIFETIME WARRANTY & PRODUCT CARE

WELLPUTT USA INC provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on our premium putting mats. We guarantee that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended residential use. To maintain the validity of this Lifetime Warranty, the customer must strictly adhere to the following Storage and Care Conditions.

The mat must always be stored indoors in a dry, clean, and climate-controlled environment. It must never be permanently exposed to outdoor elements. Do not leave the mat exposed to direct sunlight or continuous UV rays, as prolonged sun exposure will degrade the fibers, backing, and print tracking lines. The mat is water-resistant, not waterproof. Accidental minor spills (such as a glass of water) will not void the warranty if blotted dry immediately. However, the mat must never be flooded, soaked, left in damp environments, or exposed to heavy rain. When not in use, the mat must be cleaned, properly rolled (not folded or creased), and stored back inside its original box or protective sleeve. The mat should only be cleaned using a gentle brush or a low-suction vacuum cleaner. The use of harsh chemicals, abrasive detergents, or pressure washers will strictly void the warranty. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper storage, negligence, accidents, pets (scratching/chewing), mold due to humidity, commercial/intensive use (unless explicitly specified), or normal wear and tear over time (such as natural fiber settling or slight color fading from regular friction). To file a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and visual evidence (photos/videos) to our customer service department. WELLPUTT USA INC reserves the right to inspect the product and decide whether to repair or replace it.
