Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth refund process, please note the following conditions:
- Free returns within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be in new, unused condition.
- Items must be returned in their original Wellputt packaging and in the protective US shipping box.
- If our logistics partner determines that the returned item is not in proper condition (e.g., damaged, incomplete, or excessively used), a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
How to Return Your Order
- Request your return: Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive your prepaid label: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost.
- Repack your item: Place your Wellputt product back in its original packaging and shipping box.
- Ship it back: Drop off the package at your nearest carrier location.
- Get refunded: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

- Returns outside of the 30-day window cannot be accepted.
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
- Gift cards, promotional items, and final-sale products are non-refundable.
