Returns & Refunds Policy

We stand behind the quality of our putting mats and training aids with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee - so you can experience Wellputt with complete confidence.

1. Return Window

You may return your item within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund.
Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The return must include the original Wellputt shipping box and a proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

If an item is returned in poor condition (damaged, incomplete, or showing excessive wear), a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.

3. Returns (Europe Orders)

Returns are free of charge only in the case of a product defect covered by the legal warranty. For all other return reasons (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Request your return - Contact our customer service team at support@wellputt.com with your order number.
  2. Receive your prepaid label - We'll send you a prepaid FedEx/UPS return label.
  3. Pack securely - Reuse the original packaging and include all components.
  4. Ship it back - Drop the package at your nearest carrier location.
  5. Get refunded - Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or size, please start a return request.
Our team will guide you through the process to ensure your replacement is handled quickly and accurately.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We'll organize a free replacement or full refund, depending on product availability.
If the cost of shipping the item back exceeds its value, you may not be required to return it.

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional items or final-sale products

8. Product Warranty

All Wellputt products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
For warranty claims outside the 30-day window, please contact support@wellputt.com with photos and your proof of purchase.
